Vintage 1970s Blue Structured Top Maxi Dress with an Orange Dayglo Print Skirt

Vintage handmade 1970s maxi dress with a royal blue structured wrap top and an orange dayglo print skirt. The seam lines and details are immaculate. There are darts at the bust and back, and it has pleating at the skirt to make it fuller coming out of a structured waist for a flattering silhouette. Perfect condition and no tags, so I believe it to be handmade.
