Vintage 1970s Union Made black flower extravaganza dress! It is a gorgeous shear flower printed chiffon fabric with a black liner under the body and skirt. It has shear single fabric sleeves with an elastic band at the bottom and then ruffles out after the elastic for a whimsical fit. I also love the ruffle detail at the bottom hem as well! Fabric covered buttons at center front that are not functional. Perfect condition and has been dry cleaned by myself.
