Vintage vibrant turquoise and bright white southwest poncho with a collar and ties in the front and fringe throughout the hemline. I believe it to be an acrylic knit. 

Shoulder to shoulder measurement: 19" with stretch

Length from high point shoulder to longest point in the front: 38"

I would suggest best fit up to a large based on the shoulder measurements if you want it to hang correctly and comfortably.
