Rare find for me! Vintage 70s Tumbleweeds from the West lace maxi skirt with ornate blue inlays. Made in Phoenix, Arizona. Elastic at waistband is healthy and the skirt is overall in perfect condition. Cotton main fabric with an acetate liner.
