Trade Cloth made in India lightweight Indian cotton polka dot dress in a gorgeous light olive/brown color. It is a bias cut cotton, so the fabric doesn't stretch but it does give with the bias creating a comfortable "stretch" at the bust and waist. The ruffle at the bottom creates a beautiful fullness at the skirt and I love the slight drop tail in the back and bell sleeve. It has a cinch at the bust that you can loosen up or tighten. It is in perfect condition. Retails for around $160.
