Bill Berman of California vintage 70s corset style prairie dress with tiered floral skirt. It has some ruffling at the top edge of the bodess and ties down the front in a bustier style top. It has a full swing style skirt with tiered floral patterned fabric and trimmed with a satin ribbon. It zips up the back and also has criss-crossed straps. It has Gunne Sax vibes in it's construction and style, and is soooo cute! Great condition and has been fully washed and steamed, so it is ready to wear.
