Vintage 70s Shear Floral Duster - Small

Vintage 70s shear floral duster dress in purples and blues. It has a frog closure at the waist and is otherwise open. Big dramatic collar and the prettiest shape. Perfect condition and I believe it to be a poly chiffon.
