Vintage Pitlochry Scottish wool stewart plaid kilt skirt. It has functional leather straps on both sides that can adjust a few inches, reflecting in the size range. It is a flat wrap front and a pleated back. This skirt has been fully laundered and steamed, so it is clean and ready to wear. Leather straps have also been conditioned with leather cleaner.
