Scarlett Vintage Union Made Semi-Shear Cotton Floral Dress - small

Vintage 80s Scarlett semi-shear floral dress with a wrap top and oversized ruffle. It is patterned to have a flattering silhouette and a slightly mermaid shaped skirt. Zipper closure at center back and in great condition with a Union Made tag on the inside. I have a few pictures listed to show shearness, so you may want a slip to go under if that isn't your style. Belt not included.
