Vintage 1970s red maxi dress with a pleated ruffle collar and center front detail and shear balloon sleeves with small ruffle and snap at cuff. Zips up the back and has a Union Made tag. Silky polyester skirt and chiffon covered boddess. Great condition. One minor pull as shown in picture and some loose threads from the salvage that I will trim up the best I can before sending. Both of these are reflected in price <3
