Made from US-grown maple, walnut, and exotic South American purpleheart, this two-piece set has a bold purple stripe and simple MCM-inspired curves that will accent any kitchen!
The larger cutting board comes in at 8.5" x 15" x 5/8" and will handle all your day-to-day needs.
The smaller board is 8.5" x 7.25" x 5/8". Perfectly sized for slicing lemons and limes for cocktails or any small jobs!
It is finished with 100% food-contact-safe Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil and Wax. The main ingredients are beeswax, coconut oil, and pure mineral oil.
All the colors you see are 100% natural and organically created by the trees they were made from. No stains or dyes.
Product Care
Cutting Board Care:
- After use, wipe the board clean with soap and warm water. Rinse with warm water. Immediately dry well.
- To remove strong odors (onion, fish) the board can be scrubbed with a salted lemon half or white vinegar.
- The board should be treated regularly (1-3x/month) with food-safe mineral oil or board wax.
CAUTION:
- Do NOT place in dishwasher or allow to soak in water. This will destroy the board.
- Do NOT treat with cooking oil (olive, vegetable, canola, peanut, etc.), as it will turn rancid.
- For greatest longevity, dry and store on the board's side.
- Some foods/liquids can permanently stain your board, please use caution when using dark marinades/wines/fruits or similar.
