Vintage 70s neon plaid maxi skirt and matching scarf two piece set. The skirt has a tailored curved waistband for a flattering fit at the top and zips and buttons in the back. It is finished with a large hem and ribbon trim, so you could make it longer if needed. The matching scarf is large and has fringe at each end. This piece is so bright it was difficult to take pictures of! Perfect condition and is possibly hand made.
