Vintage orange flower power wrap skirt in a cotton canvas like material. It is very well made and has a full cotton liner. It has hand pockets and is in perfect condition.
Waist: 26"-30" round (It's a true wrap, so the smallest it can go is 26". To loosen it up to a point that still wraps and the pockets aren't in a super awkward place, I would say comfortably up to a 30" waist)
Hip: at 26" waist, the hip is 38" round. At the 30" waist, the hip is 42" round
