Vintage 70s whimsical floral dress with attached shear cape. The dress is a slinkier polyester with an elastic waistband and it zips up the back. The cape is a shear version of the same print and it is stitched at the neckline with a small ruffle at the bottom. The front of the neck does have a functional tie so you can cinch it in tighter or make it more loose. Amazing condition.
