Ms. Z Vintage 70s Whimsical Floral Print Dress - Size 12

 Ms. Z vintage 70s dusty blue long sleeve dress with a gorgeous whimsical floral print. It has pleating details at the shoulder, elastic at the end of the sleeve cuff, zipper closure in the back, and a matching tie belt. The waist band is stationary, and the upper body and sleeves are a semi-shear chiffon version of the fabric, and the skirt is a poly knit version that is not shear. I have shown this difference in fabric in one of the pictures. It is in excellent condition!
