Vintage 1960s Miss Elliette pleated flutter dress in a gorgeous shade of pink with tiny white polka dots throughout. She is a sleeveless dress, fully lined, with a shear chiffon pleated flutter cape like detail at the top that sits over your shoulder. Zips in the back and has a matching long fabric waist tie. She is in amazing condition with no flaws to note.
