Liz Roberts Vintage 1980s dark floral dress with a dramatic cape shoulder, faux buttons at center front, an elastic waistband, and matching belt. The bodess is lined, the skirt is not, so the skirt is semi shear. It has chunky shoulder pads, but they would be easily removable.
