Vintage 70s lime green poly knit button down dress with matching waist tie. The waist tie is not attached, so you can remove it. Without waist tie, it still has a little bit of a flare to the skirt, so it's super cute! It has been hemmed to this length by my seamstress due to an imperfection. It is in amazing condition and has been laundered.
