Vintage 1970s Lilia Smith red western dolman sleeve dress with gold details. This dress has gold buttons down past the waistline, gold studs on the sleeves, gold western tips on the collar, and a a gold mesh fabric detail at the front and back yoke as well as the hips. There is an elastic waistline and a full skirt for a beautiful fit and flare silhouette. The black belt is sold separately. Like new condition.
