Lanz Original vintage 70s little blue tank dress. There is no fabric content tag, but I know it is wool based on my fiber knowledge as well as the way it smells when steaming it. It is fully lined on the inside and has the cutest buttons and crochet detail at the neckline and armhole. It zips down the back and is in perfect condition.
