Vintage 70s Made in Hawaii for Kimo's POlynesian Shop cotton barkcloth dress with scoop and waterfall back. It is a blue base with navy and lime green print and gold hand painted details on top. It has this gorgeous low scoop back with the waterfall fabric that is created with the internal waist band. The waist band hooks together and is elastic, so it is very adjustable. It has been washed and steamed by me and is in perfect condition.
