Vintage Royal Hawaiian cotton barkcloth dress in a stunning blue tropical print with the waterfall back. It has a gorgeous scoop neckline and a low back. It zips in the back so you can tie it up to pull the front in and then zip over it to allow the waterfall to drape loosely in the back. It has a Talon zipper. I have washed and steamed it, so it is ready to wear and is in perfect condition.
