Penney's Loungewear vintage 1970s satin psychedelic dayglo fully quilted maxi skirt. It has buttons up the front and an attached waist tie. The waistband is elastic and it is super healthy. I love that the inside backer to the quilted fabric is bright pink! It is in great condition and has been freshly laundered.
