Royal Hawaiian vintage Pa'U Hula Hawaiian print blue and white skirt. It is two layers of fabric so it is nice and full and it has an adjustable wide waistband. There is very stretchy elastic and they can be tightened or let out (see last pictures). Measurements reflect where they are currently tied at. Perfect condition.
