Hilo Hattie by Evelyn Margolis vintage 70s flower power caftan style dress. It has big oversized sleeves, but a small waist with an attached waist tie. It zips in the back to get into it, and has a flowy skirt. It is in perfect condition and is a very rare vintage piece!
