Handmade 1960s Floral Bell Sleeve Dress - XS/Small

Vintage hand made 1960s black based floral dress with bell sleeves and single stitch construction. It does not have a zipper or other closure to assist in getting it on, so it is meant to slip over your head. It does have some stretch. Small imperfection is there is a small spot where it looks like velcro may have snagged the fabric slightly. Hard to see.
