Vintage 70s Floral Halter Top - S/M

Vintage 70s poly knit floral print halter top with a tie in the back. The neck is not adjustable, but the tie around the waist is. This piece is hard to measure, but I think it will fit best for a small/medium, or maybe up to a smaller large. 

Shoulder to bottom: 13.5" 

Waist: tied at the largest would be up to 30"
