Vintage Hawaiian Palm creamsicle orange short caftan, sometimes called a "halftan". It is like a linger top or tunic length. It has a tie at the neckline that you can cinch in and was an accordian pleat design but the pleats are more faint from age at this point. There is stitching at the sides, so measurements reflect the stitching placement. I has been washed and outside of the pleats being more faint, it is in perfect condition.
