Vintage 70s neon green and white double poly knit mod mini dress. It has a high mock neck, small waist detail with little fabric colored buttons, and then flares out at the waist. And...it has pockets!! Zips in the back but unfortunately does have a cut out tag. Amazing condition and has been washed and steamed.
