Vintage 1950s brown authentic fur coat made of sable. It is softer than mink and considered more luxurious. This one is custom made, so no tags available. Jacquard silk liner and one single loop and button closure at the top with hooks down center front. There are genuine leather panels down the side and also down the underside of the sleeve, commonly used because this is a more delicate fur and it prevents rubbing at high wear areas. It is in perfect condition. I am confident that it is sable fur, but have not gotten it confirmed with a furrier yet. When I do, the price may go up because this is so rare. Most vintage sable coats are Russian or Canadian and range from $4,000 to $30,000. Regardless, it is the highest quality fur I have ever seen in person and it is such a beauty.
