Vintage Fritzi of California 1970s long sleeve dress with a black base and array of bright orange, yellow, and teal florals. It has a waist tie connected at the side seam, so you can tie it in the front or the back of the dress. There is also a center back zipper closure. This dress is in perfect condition!
