1970s hand made whimsical floral maxi dress with the prettiest balloon sleeves! The sleeves are trimmed with lace and they are so fun! It has a tiered skirt for some fullness and movement, and zips up the back. You may want a slip for this one because in bright sunlight, she is semi-shear. Great condition and feel like a lightweight cotton or cotton blend fabric.
