Vintage hand made 70s cotton dress made from Gunne Sax pattern, but not an actual Gunne. Ithas the high neck with bib ruffle design and the balloon sleeves. Buttons down the front and has tiny lace trim at the hems. It is well made, has been freshly washed and steamed, and is in great condition.
