Vintage Chessa Davis patchwork panel skirt of denim and red cotton with a ruffle at the bottom. It has elastic in the waistband and is fully lined with a floral cotton liner trimmed in lace. The elastic is healthy, there just isn't a LOT of stretch. It is in amazing condition and the fabrics are all 100% cotton!
