Vintage 80s cotton floral pearl snap sleeveless collared top. It is very vibrant and in perfect condition. I have sold this print/fabric before in a skirt, but I do not remember the brand. It definitely has vintage contruction and finishings. It has been washed and steamed and is ready to wear!
