Vintage Jeannene Booher, a division of Maggie London, gorgeous black floral silk chiffon dress made in Hong Kong. The body is fully lined and double layered with the floral silk and the sleeves are a single layer of sheer silk. It has one tiny run pointed out in the last picture. This is a whimsy dream dress!
