1960s hand tailored blue formal dress with a striped shear chiffon fabric that is lined throughout the whole body and skirt. It is unlined in the sleeve, so the sleeve remains shear. It has small snaps at the cuffs and the back has a zipper and hook closures. The bow waist belt is attached, and it wraps around the back and then hooks and snaps at the front for a seamless belt line in the back. It is in perfect condition and has been freshly dry cleaned by me.
