Na'Ma of California vintage 1970s black semi shear top with a tiny printed white polka dot throughout. It has a large collar with a ruffle at the edges as well as at the end of the cuffs. It does not have a fabric tag, but I believe it is a lightweight cotton and is in perfect condition.
