Vintage 70s black based floral print long sleeve dress with a ruffle detail on the front neckline as well as the bottom hem. It has a talon zipper in the back and no brand tag, but it does have its vintage wash instructions tag. It is in perfect condition and I am obsessed with the shape and length!
