Vintage Scottish wool neutral plaid skirt from the Edinburgh Woolen Mill made in Great Britain. This skirt!!!! It is a gorgeous palette of grays and browns and has beautiful pleat work at the front with two side utility drop pockets. It zips and buttons in the back to get into it and has a full liner. I have thoroughly washed it and it has been steamed as well, so it is clean and ready to wear. I love the bias cut plaid at the side pockets! It is in perfect condition and a very hard to find size.
