Addition Elle Vintage Union made in Canada Fuchsia Dress - XL

Vintage Union Made in Canada Addition Elle fuchsia and black semi-shear dress. It has smocking at the collar and cuffs, but the elastic has a little less elasticity than it probably did when it was made. Still works a little, but has some loss, and price reflects that. There are buttons at the neckline, so you could wear her more open if you would like. Great condition for its age otherwise.
