Vintage 90s Breakin' Loose romantic floral dress with an asymmetrical hem. I love the ruffle at the bust and bottom hem for some texture and whimsy. The shell is a bias cut poly chiffon and the liner is a soft stretchy poly so there will be a beautiful fit on this dress. Great condition!
