Vintage 70s colorful plaid double knit polyester skirt with elastic waistband. It is a hand made piece and most likely was part of a set. It has cute button details down the kick split at the back hem. It's the colors for me! Would be so cute hemmed short too! The elastic is healthy and it is in great condition. I'm calling it a "small" because of the hip measurement.
