Vintage 70s blue and green floral print nylon maxi dress. It has the most delicate little lace trim around the neckline and at the cuffs. The cuffs have snaps and there is a zipper in the back. I love the cute sweetheart shaped neckline and ruching at the shoulders. Really cute shape and in amazing condition!
