Vintage 70s psychedelic dress and tie neck top two piece set. The dress has a zipper down the back and the top ties at the neck, but no other closures. It is a hand made piece, so no tags. The elastic in the cuff is not stretchy anymore, but is definitely still wearable as is. Price will reflect this.
