Mel-Lin Vintage Hand Garment Dyed Green Split Skirt - large

Mel-Lin vintage slip skirt that I believe to have been hand garment died to this gorgeous kelly green color. The lace also took to some of the dye, so it is a lighter green color as well. It has an elastic waistband and is in great condition.
