Vintage 60s Handmade Brown Velvet Skirt - small

Vintage handmade brown velvet skirt from the 1960s. It is a cotton brown velvet material with inlays of an ivory satin material to create a gorgeous graphic look. It also has a built in white cotton liner with lace trim, that, dare I say, is almost more beautiful than the skirt! It has a zipper and two hook closures at the side seam. No visible wear.
