Terri California Vintage Burnt Orange Top - XS

Vintage 60s Terri California knit open top with a tie at the bust. It has a unique flutter ruffle piece at the neckline that runs down to the hem of the top, and a seam that goes around the waist in the back for some shaping. Cute addition to any outfit!
