Longhorn by Niver Western Wear vintage ivory brocade cropped western blazer. It has three metal clasps at center front and a pointed back hem as well as pointed cuff (which I have never seen before!) The brocade has a tiny shimmer of blue metallic in it for a rich look! I'm obsessed with the low scoop neck and shape! Perfect condition.
